Legal Intern - Hybrid Opportunity


Exiger is seeking an independent, self-starting Legal Intern who will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of making the world a safer place through governance, risk, and compliance expertise. Reporting to the Legal Team, you'll develop internal client relationships, gain analytical and project management skills, provide comprehensive administrative and legal support, and emphasize superior client service in all interactions.


This internship position is available for candidates in the surrounding New York City area and�will begin on 6/3/24 and end on 8/9/24.�


What You'll Do:


  • Develop internal client relationships by engaging with attorneys and internal stakeholders.

  • Gain analytical and project management skills within a legal context.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the Legal Team.

  • Emphasize superior client service in all interactions.


What You Need:


  • Currently enrolled in a university, ideally in their junior, senior or a master's program.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, accompanied by strong interpersonal skills.

  • Independent, self-starting, and self-motivated individual.

  • Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage diverse tasks effectively.

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance multiple responsibilities.

  • Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.

This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY. The pay rate for this role is $25.00/hour.�
